The OPTOMICS project aims to develop a digital twin model for non-invasive and cost-effective early detection, prevention and treatment of type-2 diabetes.Read more...
A digital twin is a virtual representation of a real-world physical object or process. The OPTOMICS project aims to develop a digital twin by integrating deep molecular characterization of changes in metabolite and protein levels with genome-wide sequencing. The result will be a digital reference tool for understanding type-2 diabetes and developing precise early predictors of the disease.
